Hollywood is bending the knee to OpenAI

According to The Verge, major studios including Netflix, A24, and Warner Bros.' Clockwork have all declined to distribute Luca Guadagnino's new biography of OpenAI cofounder Sam Altman. Only independent distributors Neon and Mubi remain in talks for distribution. The rejections suggest Hollywood studios may be hesitant to cross OpenAI—the company that now dominates conversations about artificial intelligence and the tech industry's future.
