Baby's hospital death caused by congenital heart condition, inquest finds

An inquest has concluded that a congenital heart condition caused the death of a baby at Redcliffe Hospital in Queensland. Thea Flaskett died four hours after being born via vacuum-assisted delivery in September two thousand twenty-three, ABC News Australia reports.
