Samsung Biologics makes $1.8 billion all-cash offer for Switzerland's PolyPeptide Group

Samsung Biologics, the South Korean biotech firm, is acquiring Switzerland's PolyPeptide Group for one point eight billion dollars in an all-cash deal, CNBC reports. PolyPeptide manufactures peptide compounds for pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
