Crowding, inconsiderate behaviour, air-con issues among top commuter concerns: PTC survey

Per a Public Transport Council survey, eighty-seven percent of Singapore's commuters expressed satisfaction with the transit system. The same survey highlighted crowding, inconsistent air-conditioning, and inconsiderate passenger behavior as the top commuter concerns.
