Boy, 13, dies during World Cup celebrations in Spain

A thirteen-year-old boy has died during World Cup celebrations in Spain, BBC World reports. The death came after a fountain partially collapsed in Ciudad Rodrigo, in the province of Salamanca, and two other young people were injured. The gathering was one of many across the country marking Spain's World Cup victory.
