world

The family of Kirandeep Kaur, an Indian woman killed at her home in west London, say they want justice and for her body to be returned to India. The Guardian reports that Kaur was stabbed in the chest as she slept in bed alongside her husband and their three-month-old baby at the family's home in Hayes on the morning of the twelfth of July, and was pronounced dead at eight twenty-six that morning. A man has since been charged with her murder. Kaur had reportedly been living in the United Kingdom since twenty twenty-four on a student visa.
