Afghanistan floods kill at least 20 people, with more than 100 missing

At least twenty people have been killed and more than eighty injured by flooding in Afghanistan's remote Nuristan province, The Guardian reports. The country's national disaster management agency confirmed the toll on Monday, describing severe financial and human losses. In Parun, the provincial capital, another one hundred five people were reported missing, including the city's mayor.
