After Ukraine’s strike on its warehouses, sellers at Wildberries, Russia’s largest online retailer, try to reclaim their stock and hit a wall marked ‘pickup point overloaded’

Sellers on Wildberries — Russia's largest online retailer — say they cannot pull their goods from warehouses that Ukrainian forces struck this past weekend, Meduza reports. The only route offered is to process a return to a pickup point, but the system keeps displaying the message "pickup point is overloaded," and switching locations or trimming orders does nothing. One entrepreneur described cycling through some twenty pickup points across different cities without a single one working. Wildberries has announced no formal restrictions, and customer support, sellers say, either stays silent or promises to reply once there's a solution. The strikes on warehouses in Elektrostal, outside Moscow, and Kotovsk killed eight people, and just weeks earlier the company had quietly added a clause exempting itself from liability in the event of a drone attack.
