Suspect in custody named following explosion at FBI building in New York

A suspect is in custody after an explosion Monday morning outside an FBI building in lower Manhattan that also houses an ICE field office. The Guardian reports that three people were injured when someone allegedly threw an incendiary device at the scene. At a press conference, the FBI identified the suspect as Andrew Arrabaca. Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
