Victoria, Australia, is preparing nation-leading laws to hold technology companies and online abusers more accountable. The Conversation Australia reports the state will introduce an 'unmasking' law enabling people targeted by anonymous vilification to discover who's behind the attacks through court orders to social media platforms.
