Chomp Chomp's Ah Hock Fried Hokkien Noodles hawker dies aged 79

Per Channel NewsAsia, Ng Hock Chuan, a hawker at Chomp Chomp Food Centre in Singapore, has died at age seventy-nine. He was the second-generation keeper of his family's Hokkien noodle stall—his father was one of Singapore's Hokkien mee pioneers. The stall has operated at Chomp Chomp since the nineteen-seventies.
