Houthis have threatened to attack tankers loading or discharging Saudi oil at Red Sea ports. The Guardian reports that multiple vessels have already turned back in response. Separately, Lebanon's president Joseph Aoun is meeting with Trump in Washington for the first time as the two sides continue working on a framework agreement announced last month—one that requires Israeli forces to leave southern Lebanon and Hezbollah to disarm.
