Passengers in Houston ICE shooting say agents rammed their van before firing

Two witnesses to an ICE shooting in Houston have released handwritten statements saying the man who was shot, Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, never threatened the officers, The Texas Tribune reports. Per their account, the ICE agents rammed the vehicle before firing.
