Mamdani says New York lacks authority to arrest Netanyahu, calls him ‘war criminal’

CNBC reports that Mamdani argues New York City lacks the authority to enforce such a warrant, and calls Netanyahu a war criminal. The United States is not a member of the International Criminal Court.
