Spain house prices: Resale homes rise 17.2% to the highest level in 21 years

Euronews reports that resale home prices in Spain have surged to levels not seen in twenty-one years. In June, the asking price reached three thousand one hundred thirty-three euros per square metre, marking a seventeen point two percent increase from a year earlier and a four percent jump from the previous quarter.
