Ukraine's top general is out. General Oleksander Syrsky has been replaced by General Mikhailo Dapraty after days of mass protests, per France 24. Syrsky faced accusations of orchestrating the departure of Defence Minister Mikhailo Fedorov, who was reluctant to accept military modernization reforms that Syrsky championed.
