Per France 24, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani is calling on the federal government to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he visits the United States later this year. In a video posted yesterday, Mamdani made the appeal while acknowledging he lacks the authority to enforce an ICC arrest warrant.
