Nexstar Accused of Violating Injunction by Appointing Tegna Board

Thirteen state attorneys general, along with DirecTV, are accusing Nexstar of violating a court injunction, Variety reports. The allegation: Nexstar appointed members to Tegna's board, despite an April order requiring the two broadcasters to maintain independent operations. An antitrust trial is still pending.
