AFL's first publicly gay player calls for respect in Crows-Pies match

Four months after becoming the first active or retired AFL player to publicly come out as gay, Leigh Ryswyk is calling on fans to show respect in an upcoming Collingwood-Crows match, according to ABC News. He's specifically urging supporters not to boo a Collingwood player who was targeted by a homophobic slur from Crow Izak Rankine.
