Record $60k fine for man behind 'brazen' dump site that will cost $1m to clean

A Melbourne dump site operator has been handed a record fine of sixty thousand dollars for running an illegal dumping operation. Per ABC News Australia, he's also been ordered to pay an expected one million dollars to clean up the contaminated site.
