UniCredit CEO tells CNBC full acquisition of Commerzbank could happen in fourth quarter

UniCredit could potentially acquire Commerzbank in the fourth quarter, according to CEO Andrea Orcel. Speaking with CNBC on Thursday, the Italian bank CEO suggested the deal might materialize before year-end.
