Russian forces strike Ukraine’s Pavlohrad, killing 3 and wounding 19

Russian forces struck the Ukrainian city of Pavlohrad with guided aerial bombs, killing three people and wounding nineteen, including a two-year-old girl. That's according to Meduza, citing Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional administration, and the regional prosecutor's office. The strike also damaged a food industry facility, sparking a fire.
