NPR News reports that health officials don't have a good handle on the current Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Ebola, a severe and often deadly viral illness, is hard to contain without contact tracing — quickly identifying people who may have been exposed. And that work, NPR says, has proven especially difficult to carry out there.
