Norway FA chief: FIFA must admit Balogun 'error'

The president of Norway's Football Federation will ask her board to pursue a formal ethics complaint over FIFA's handling of Folarin Balogun's World Cup ban suspension, ESPN SportsCenter reports. She says it's an error FIFA must acknowledge.
