According to Al Jazeera, heatstroke is a severe medical condition that occurs when your body's internal temperature exceeds forty degrees Celsius — that's one hundred four degrees Fahrenheit. When you hit that threshold, your body can no longer cool itself and it becomes a medical emergency.
