Rayner, Powell and Haigh likely to regularly work from No 10 North

A think tank has put forward a blueprint for No 10 North, a proposed new government office location, BBC News reports. The plan recommends staffing it with up to three hundred staff within eighteen months, with senior figures Rayner, Powell, and Haigh expected to work there regularly.
