Xbox Is Asking Customers to Volunteer to Test Ad-Supported Game Streaming

Microsoft's Xbox division is testing a new model for cloud gaming: ad-supported streaming. Variety reports that beginning Thursday, Xbox Insiders—members of the company's fan-feedback community—can opt into free access to games they already own, with ads playing during the experience.
