Leonardo, Callas and Curie or Europe's birds: culture or nature on new euro notes, vote opens

The European Central Bank has unveiled ten finalist designs for the next generation of euro banknotes. Per Euronews, the contenders include cultural icons like Leonardo da Vinci, opera singer Maria Callas, Beethoven, and scientist Marie Curie, as well as emblematic European birds. Voting on the designs has now opened.
