Appeals court overturns order closing Texas midwife clinics accused of illegal abortions

An appeals court in Texas has overturned an order closing Houston-area midwife clinics that had been accused of illegal abortions, after finding that Attorney General Ken Paxton failed to prove his case against the facilities, The Texas Tribune reports.
