Opera icons or birds? Europeans invited to pick new euro banknotes

The European Central Bank has unveiled ten finalist designs for euro banknotes, Euronews reports. The options span two themes: one featuring cultural icons including Leonardo da Vinci, Maria Callas, Beethoven, and Marie Curie; the other showcasing birds symbolizing Europe's biodiversity. Europeans are invited to vote on which will adorn the new currency.
