King emerges from the Tardis as Commonwealth Games begin

Per BBC Sport, King Charles III emerged from a Tardis—the time machine from Doctor Who—during the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony in Glasgow. A Loch Ness Monster also took the stage, adding theatrical flair to the event.
