First look at Loulouca, the new dessert cafe by award-winning former Odette pastry chef Louisa Lim

Channel NewsAsia reports that award-winning pastry chef Louisa Lim, formerly of Odette, is opening a new dessert cafe called Loulouca on July twenty-ninth at Ann Siang Hill. The cafe will serve plated desserts a la carte in the evenings and entremets for dine-in and takeaway during daytime hours.
