UN nuclear chief says inspectors will visit Iran sites as part of war deal

The International Atomic Energy Agency is negotiating access to Iranian nuclear sites. According to the UN nuclear watchdog's director Rafael Grossi, inspectors are working out the procedures. But an Iranian government official says any such access would only come as part of a final nuclear agreement with the United States.
