Villagers hold vigil for stranger as PNG boat tragedy victims wash ashore

Twenty-seven people, including families with young children, went missing when two boats capsized in rough seas off Papua New Guinea's north-east on Saturday. ABC News Australia reports that victims have since washed ashore as villagers hold vigils for those lost.
