Friends turned millionaires take tech company shares battle to court

A co-founder of Blackmagic Design, an Australian video technology company behind some of Hollywood's biggest productions, has brought a shareholder dispute to Federal Court. ABC News reports he's claiming a decade of hostility from fellow shareholders has unfairly prevented him from selling his stake in the billion-dollar firm.
