Thailand scales back US$30 billion 'land bridge' on commercial viability concerns

Thailand is scaling back its proposed thirty billion dollar megaport 'land bridge' project, Channel NewsAsia reports, due to commercial viability concerns. Instead, the government will pursue expansion of a port in southern Ranong province and related rail links.
