Rebel Wilson Defamation Case Ruling Appealed by ‘The Deb’ Star Charlotte MacInnes

According to Variety, actress Charlotte MacInnes has appealed a defamation case after losing to Rebel Wilson earlier this week. Justice Elizabeth Raper ruled that Wilson's Instagram posts were not defamatory and caused no serious harm to MacInnes' reputation. MacInnes filed her notice of appeal one day later, also challenging a separate breach-of-confidence dismissal.
