Max Martin and Shellback, the songwriting duo behind mega-hits for Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande, have sold a portion of their music catalog to investment firm HarbourView Equity Partners. According to Variety, the deal involves Wolf Cousins, the songwriter collective founded by the two producers, and includes the publisher's share of select compositions from their prolific catalog.
