Paramount says it will pause its Warner acquisition while legal challenges play out

NPR reports that Paramount is pausing its proposed acquisition of Warner Bros amid legal challenges. A dozen states and the Writers Guild of America have challenged the merger, and the company says it will suspend the deal while litigation proceeds.
