According to The Hollywood Reporter, these seasoned entertainment veterans are being paid to refine generative AI models. The irony isn't lost: they're essentially training the technology that could reshape — or replace — their own industry. As traditional writing and production jobs become harder to find, some are hedging by becoming part of the AI development pipeline itself.
