Tunisia is marking five years since President Kais Saied suspended parliament and concentrated power in the presidency, and Euronews reports the anniversary arrives amid a deadly power crisis. Between one hundred fifty and two hundred people are reported dead after more than a week of blackouts during an exceptional heatwave. According to Euronews, the authorities have not confirmed that death toll.
