Bob Iger, recently stepped down from his role as Disney CEO, is publicly defending the company's suspension of late-night host Jimmy Kimmel from last September. Kimmel was suspended for comments about Charlie Kirk that Iger called in bad taste. In his first public remarks on the decision, Iger told the Financial Times the suspension was not politically motivated, despite widespread speculation to the contrary.
