China evacuates 20,000 people as Typhoon Noul nears

Typhoon Noul is approaching southern China's coast. China's National Meteorological Center forecasts the storm will make landfall between Hong Kong and Guangdong province on Saturday evening into Sunday morning, with twenty thousand people already evacuated from the threatened area.
