Perez hits 318th HR, passes Brett on Royals' list

Salvador Perez hit his 318th career home run on Saturday afternoon, breaking George Brett's Kansas City Royals franchise record. According to ESPN SportsCenter, Perez has spent his entire career with the Royals and ranks third among active players in home runs struck for a single team. The Royals defeated Detroit 3-2.
