Early Space Weather Warnings with MAGIC

The European Space Agency's HENON mission has reached a key milestone: per Adafruit Blog, Imperial College London has finished MAGIC, a magnetometer instrument designed to forecast solar storms. By measuring the Sun's magnetic field farther upstream than current monitors, MAGIC will extend solar storm warnings from tens of minutes to several hours. The CubeSat is scheduled to launch in early twenty twenty-seven.
