RFK Jr urges Alzheimer’s screening but blunts key panel that could drive research

The US Preventive Services Task Force was supposed to issue recommendations on cognitive decline screening this year. Experts say the evidence supporting Kennedy's push is not strong, which is precisely the question the task force would help resolve.
