Disney has agreed to pay fifty million dollars to settle a lawsuit alleging the company inflated live-TV streaming prices by requiring carriers to include ESPN in their bundles. According to Ars Technica, the legal challenge claimed this strategy artificially raised costs in the market. The settlement concludes the case without an admission of wrongdoing from Disney.
