A computer mouse controlled entirely by your tongue

Augmental has brought one of its most creative CES concepts to market, per Adafruit Blog. The MouthPad is a custom-fit retainer that gives users full cursor control using just their tongue, sitting over the upper teeth with a pressure-sensitive trackpad on the palate. Combined with head tracking, it enables clicking, swiping, and cursor movement—all customizable through a companion app. The device is already making a real difference: more than one hundred people with mobility challenges rely on it daily, with some using it for up to sixteen hours each day.
