Sydney is building a new tidal swimming pool at Callan Park in Lilyfield on the Iron Cove foreshore. According to The Guardian, the facility will open this summer and is expected to draw thousands to the southern banks of the Parramatta River, positioned near the popular Bay Run and sports venues like Leichhardt Oval and King George Park. Construction is currently underway.
