According to LessWrong, Iyer spent ten months testing approaches in education and hiring, finding that people won't engage unless the outcome is immediate and the upfront effort is zero. His bet: your personal AI can make a better case for you than your resume or LinkedIn profile ever could, solving what he calls a fundamental measurement problem in hiring.
